Karen has been a part of EFCU since 1995. She has worn many hats in her time here and was promoted to President/CEO January 2014. Karen truly enjoys helping members with their financial situations and sharing the knowledge she has gained after many years in the industry.

Monique started at EFCU in December 2007 as a Teller. She held multiple roles at the credit union and is now the Accounting & Member Services Manager. After working at a bank prior to EFCU, Monique has much respect for the credit union world and believes credit unions are the best financial institutions.

Sheila has been with the EFCU loan department since 2002, so the credit union is like home to her. With EFCU being a small credit union, she loves the close relationships she can build with members and always feels a sense of accomplishment when she is able to help those in need.

Jessica (aka Jessi) joined the staff at EFCU in November 2015 after being a member for 11 years. She has over two years of experience working at credit unions and knows that credit unions actually care about their members.

Alexis (aka Lexi) began working at EFCU August 2014. She likes working for EFCU because she gets to know members by name and creates genuine relationships.

In September 2012, Keri joined the EFCU team after working for a bank and has over 15 years of experience working in the financial industry. She appreciates the credit union philosophy and considers her EFCU co-workers her second family.

Rachel started with EFCU June, 2017 and enjoys working at this credit union because although small, it's full of awesome people who care about doing their best at their jobs and helping our members as much as possible.
