Coming Soon: Account Alerts Right on Your Phone 📱

We’re excited to share that push notifications are coming soon to EFCU’s Mobile Banking App!

Push notifications are a quick and convenient way to stay connected to your accounts. Once available, you’ll be able to receive account alerts directly on your phone, helping you keep track of activity without having to constantly log in to Mobile Banking.

Why Turn On Push Notifications?

Account alerts can help you stay informed about what’s happening with your money and may even help you spot suspicious activity sooner.

Depending on the alerts you choose, notifications can help you:

  • Keep an eye on account activity and know when certain transactions occur.

  • Monitor your balances and receive alerts based on the preferences you set.

  • Stay on top of deposits and withdrawals without repeatedly checking your account.

  • Add another layer of fraud awareness by helping you notice activity you don’t recognize more quickly.

  • Customize your experience by choosing the alerts that are most useful to you.

A Little Notification Can Make a Big Difference

Think of push notifications as a little tap on the shoulder from your account. 📲

Instead of discovering something days later when reviewing your transactions, account alerts can help keep important activity on your radar as it happens.

And you’re in control. You can select the alerts you want to receive based on the options available within Digital Banking.

Stay Tuned!

Push notifications will be available soon. Once the feature is live, we’ll provide more information about how to enable notifications and set up your account alerts.

Keep an eye out for more details!
